About

Concord Square ADU

Concord Square Planning & Development, Inc. was founded in 1995 to foster good design and the creation of high-quality residential living environments. For nearly forty years, we have specialized in smart-growth and adaptive-reuse housing, handling the development, finance, construction, and management of multi-family and individual projects. We spent many years doing consulting for municipalities in Massachusetts and Connecticut. We pioneered smart growth zoning in Massachusetts with Chapter 40R and Chapter 40S.

The company is named after Concord Square, located in Boston’s South End, between Tremont Street and Columbus Avenue. It is a location that epitomizes high-quality residential planning and architecture.
